On the upper floor, the master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom includes two single beds measuring 1.90 x 0.90 meters. A bathroom with a shower is also located on this floor. The ground floor offers a second bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area complete with a dining space, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together.
For added convenience, the villa provides towels, bed linen, pool towels, air-conditioning, a hairdryer, a safe, an iron and ironing board, as well as a cot and highchair for families traveling with young children. A double sofa bed offers additional sleeping arrangements if needed.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Our fantastic holiday in the villa
We were in June on vacation in the villa. It was a fantastic holiday, the villa is great to spend a nice holiday. We had nothing too short and the weather was fantastic. The owners of the villa are very nice people and super friendly. We definitely go back ..... and Nearby Just opend a New supermarket in 2 km. It is a top villa for everyone!
