Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Just far enough from the city buzz to feel peaceful, but still close enough to reach beaches, shops, and great restaurants in minutes. The patio with citrus trees was our go-to morning coffee spot. It really felt like a home away from home.

the perfect mix of cozy and classy
This getaway was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for the kids, a safe pool area, and even cots and high chairs for the little ones. We walked to LIDL for groceries and took quick drives to the beach and Bioparc. Super convenient and totally relaxing.

We were blown away by the villa's design-so fresh, clean, and beautifully Scandinavian! The terrace view over Fuengirola and the Mediterranean was our daily postcard. Every sunset felt like a little luxury. A true gem on the Costa del Sol.
