Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

A home away from home is the ideal place for outdoor dining and relaxation. We couldn't get enough of the beautiful pool, gardens, and multiple dining spots. The wood panelled ceiling in the living area gave it a touch of elegance. A lovely Spanish retreat!

Lovely villa in a peaceful location
Our family have just enjoyed a relaxing stay at this villa. Although it is in a great location, we found the villa to be really nice, which was just what we wanted. We spent most days around the lovely pool area relaxing and playing a bit of pool volleyball. The villa is well equipped, clean and comfortable. We would definitely return.

The villa was spacious, and well equipped with a great pool and patio area, ideal for a peaceful and relaxing break away from noise and crowds. Great stereo sound system and lots of TV channels (if that's your thing!). Recommended highly! Would love to go back for longer next time.

Absolutely Amazing House with Fantastic Hosts
We wanted to find the perfect place for our family reunion… and we couldn’t have asked for anything more idyllic. The villa is absolutely spectacular - from the magnificent driveway and grounds, through to the spacious, beautifully decorated, bright and comfortable home. The pool is great in the summer heat, and the furnishings make you feel like you’re in a 5* hotel. There is a huge terrace, perfect for eating together and watching the sunset (or sunrise for breakfast!) - you do not want to miss them. There’s something for everyone, from children to grandparents. We rented cars, but we can’t say we left much, the villa was hard to tear yourself away from. If we could give this property more than 5 stars, we would. Truly amazing. Thank you for taking care of us during a glorious week at your stunning home. We have nothing to complain about, other than wanting to have stayed for longer!
