Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Top class value for money villa with excellent support from local agent. Fine private property, very comfortable and within an easy taxi ride to either Fuengirola or Mijas. Car hire however is recommended for shopping etc.

Lovely villa. We were lucky with the weather for the time of year. Very nice people to deal with. We live in a city and were amazed how quiet the area is - total chill out. Views are great and overall we' would say a relaxing time. Will be back again.

Love this place. Have been before and will definitely go again! Lovely well kept villa with attractive gardens situated close to everything you could want and only 30 minute drive to Marbella. The owner is really kind and helpful. Love love love the place!

This beautiful villa was more than we could have hoped for. Its situated between 4 well known towns. The owner was fantastic to deal with as were the agents. We had the best holiday ever. We chose to take taxis everywhere as it takes out the stress of driving as well as parking. It cost us less than hiring a car for a week, which can be very costly if they don't use full to full on fuel or you have the slightest of a scratch. I couldn't recommend this property more highly. We will definitely go again. Its peaceful setting and everything you need is in the villa and more than you can hope for. If you want anything, the agents are just a phone call away. We loved this villa and we will be making this our regular holiday home even in the winter. We've been on all the package holidays and nothing comes close to this villa and its perfect surroundings.
