Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had the most wonderful stay at this stylish property. The villa is well laid out, with stylish decor and plenty of space for our group. We particularly enjoyed the terrace for morning coffee and the pool for cooling off in the afternoon. The outdoor bar and barbecue were perfect for evening meals, and the gym was a nice bonus! The villa is in a quiet, upscale area, but just a short drive from Fuengirola’s beaches and restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Luxury, comfort, and breathtaking views
This stylish property is everything we hoped for and more! The modern decor, spacious living areas, and incredible views make it a dream destination. The master bedroom with its en-suite and freestanding bath was pure luxury. We also loved the outdoor spaces, especially the pool area and the shaded seating spots. It’s the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure, with so many nearby attractions to explore. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic villa for families and friends
We stayed at the property for a week, and it was simply amazing. The villa is well-equipped with everything you could need-comfy beds, a fully stocked kitchen, a great gym, and even a Nintendo Wii for entertainment! The kids loved the pool and garden, while we enjoyed the outdoor bar and the peaceful terrace. The location is ideal for exploring Mijas, Marbella, and Malaga. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday home!

Incredible stay with amazing views
From the moment we arrived at this getaway, we knew we had found a special place. The villa is modern, spacious, and immaculately kept. The terrace views were mesmerizing, and we spent most of our days lounging by the pool or enjoying the outdoor bar.
