Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Fantastic villa
A group of 8 of us had the privilege to stay at this stylish property. I've never experienced such a warm welcome on holiday. The staff couldn't do more to help us throughout our stay. The rooms are all decorated to a high standard with excellent en-suite facilities. It had everything - a great pool area, outdoor BBQ, table tennis, darts, air conditioning, an outdoor sound system, and was spacious enough for all 8 of us to have plenty of room.

Great villa in a lovely location!
I stayed in the villa in May as part of a group of 8 people. Maria was very helpful whilst we were deciding to book the villa, answering all our questions quickly. He was very accommodating and allowed us to check in and out early. The agents were so friendly and helpful and made our holiday so much more enjoyable by providing a really nice welcome and assistance throughout the holiday with restaurant bookings etc. The villa itself was amazing, great outside space with a bbq a and ping pong! Great holiday.
