The ground floor includes three bedrooms: two double bedrooms with terrace access and air conditioning, and a third large bedroom with separate entrance that includes an additional bedroom with a bunk bed and single bed, ideal for families with children. A bathroom with shower, WC, and washbasin completes this level.
The upper floor features a spacious living and dining area with satellite TV, air conditioning, and terrace access with sea views. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, and cookware. Also on this floor is one double bedroom and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with a bathtub.
Outdoor amenities include a private 8x4m pool with built-in stairs, external shower, built-in barbecue, and parking for 2-3 cars. The villa is just a few meters from Cala Mallorquí, 900m from La Calalga Beach, and 1.3 km from Levante Beach, with the town center of Calpe 4 km away.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Honestly, this villa was a dream. We were 10 people and had so much space to relax - the layout is perfect for big groups. Waking up to that sea view every morning? Unbeatable. Super close to the cove too, just a quick walk down and you're right by the water. Would absolutely stay again.

great value for large groups
Very spacious and clean villa. Plenty of room both inside and outside. The view is something else - especially from the upper terrace. Also, the barbecue area was used almost every evening! Quiet neighborhood, but still close enough to walk to beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend for big families or groups of friends.

What a location! Villa is well-equipped, especially the kitchen - we cooked most nights and dined on the terrace with those sea views. Having a bedroom setup that worked for kids was a big plus too. Bonus: great hiking nearby at Peñón de Ifach. Thank you to the team for making check-in super smooth!
