Accommodating up to 8 guests, the villa features four comfortable bedrooms, three bathrooms, and spacious living areas across 200m². Situated in the quiet Tossal de La Cometa area, the property provides privacy, modern amenities, and breathtaking sea views.
The first floor includes a large living and dining area with satellite TV, comfortable seating, air conditioning, and views of the sea, Peñón de Ifach, and the pool. The fully equipped kitchen offers a ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, and air conditioning. This level also features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and ensuite bathroom, and a separate bathroom with shower. A utility room includes a washing machine and dryer.
The second floor houses two additional double bedrooms with air conditioning, one of which opens onto a rooftop solarium offering panoramic sea views and direct access to the sun-filled terrace. A shared bathroom with shower serves this level.
Outside, the villa boasts a large partly covered terrace, a private pool with built-in stairs and shower, and plenty of space for sunbathing on loungers. The 850m² plot is partly enclosed and landscaped, providing privacy and a pleasant outdoor environment. Parking is available for several cars. The villa is just 2.5 km from Levante Beach and the town centre of Calpe, with the nearest supermarket 2.2 km away.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Stayed with friends for 10 days and didn’t want to leave. The rooftop solarium was our favorite place for morning coffee and late-night chats. The area was peaceful, but still close to beaches and restaurants. Loved every minute here!

Lovely and peaceful stay
Such a beautiful and quiet place. The view from the rooftop terrace was unreal! Calpe town was close enough for dinners out, but the villa felt private and calm. Perfect for a relaxing week away.

Perfect summer escape
Loved this villa! The sea views were amazing, and the pool was spotless. We spent most days lounging outside and walking to the beach. The house had everything we needed, super comfy beds and a great kitchen setup.
