Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Stayed here for a full week with friends and two kids. We didn’t even use the car every day since the marina was an easy walk and had plenty of places to eat. The interior was sleek but not cold, and the AC kept the place comfortable. The apartment downstairs gave my parents a bit of extra privacy. We spent one windy afternoon on the rooftop solarium just relaxing and enjoying the views toward Fuerteventura. Overall a smooth stay and a house we’d return to.

Exactly what we needed for a relaxing break
Booked the villa for a family reunion and it delivered from day one. The bedrooms were quiet and cool, and having four bathrooms made mornings smooth. A couple of us used the upper solarium at sunrise almost every day. The apartment downstairs was ideal for my sister’s family. We tried Sushi Bar Minato one night at the marina and it was great. The outdoor fireplace became our go-to place after dinner. Booking process was simple and communication quick.

Fantastic house for a group holiday
We stayed here with a mix of adults and teens and honestly had one of our best holidays. The main living area was spacious enough for everyone to hang out, and the sliding doors made the inside feel connected to the terrace. We walked to the marina most evenings for dinner, usually around Azure or La Porteña. The kids loved the heated pool and the sound system was used way more than expected. Agency was easy to deal with and sent us a few tips before arrival which helped a lot.

Really enjoyed the setup
We spent six nights here and appreciated the privacy. The separate apartment worked perfectly for the couple who needed quieter mornings. The pool was warm and the terrace was perfect for breakfast outside.

Great choice for a chilled week
The villa had a calm vibe and plenty of space for all ten of us. Kitchen was handy, AC worked well and the sound system made pool days more fun. Marina restaurants were just a few minutes away.

Bright and super comfy stay
We came as a big family group and loved how open and bright the house felt. The heated pool was used daily and evenings around the outdoor fireplace were amazing. Short walk to Puerto Calero marina was a big plus for us.
