The fully equipped kitchen comes with a breakfast bar, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and dishwasher, making meal preparation effortless. Also on this floor is a guest toilet and a double bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and terrace access.
Upstairs, three additional bedrooms provide serene retreats, two with king-size beds and one with twin singles. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We came with another couple and the layout worked really well, especially the bedroom on the ground floor for the grandparents. The kitchen had everything we needed and we ended up cooking more than expected. The agency helped arrange a small boat trip from the port, and it was the highlight of the week. The heated pool was warm enough for early swims, and we liked having so many areas to sit outside.

Couldn’t have asked for a better holiday home
Our group stayed a full week and loved how peaceful the area felt. We spent long afternoons between the pool and the chill-out area upstairs. One day we drove to Cala Llamp for snorkeling, another day we explored the market in Port Andratx and bought local fruit for breakfast. Communication with the host was smooth and they even helped with recommendations for a birthday dinner in town, which turned out perfect.

Great villa for a relaxed family trip
Our family of eight stayed comfortably, and everyone loved how bright the place felt. The upstairs terrace became our spot every sunset. We walked to the port most evenings for dinner, and having the barbecue at the villa made lunches easy. The kids used the pool non-stop.

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The villa is stylish yet cozy, with a great mix of modern amenities and Mediterranean charm. Perfect family getaway in Mallorca
We stayed at this retreat with our extended family, and it was just perfect. Plenty of space for everyone, a well-equipped kitchen, and lovely outdoor areas for dining and sunbathing. Beautiful villa with breathtaking views
This villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the living areas were perfect for relaxing. A perfect luxury retreat!
We had an amazing stay at the stay! The location is unbeatable, with stunning views of the bay and mountains. The villa itself is spacious, modern, and beautifully furnished.
