Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were eight people arriving at different times, and the agency sorted out a simple check-in plan for us, which made things smoother. The villa itself had plenty of space to spread out - some stayed mostly by the pool, others used the first-floor terrace to read. One day we took a boat over to the Dragonera reserve and spent a few hours walking the paths there. Coming back to the house in the evening, everyone drifted toward the outdoor table for a casual dinner. It felt relaxed without being isolated.

A comfortable stay with room for everyone
We liked how the house was set up - big living room, plenty of outdoor space, and no one had to share a bathroom. A few of us used the hot tub in the evenings, while others preferred sitting upstairs in the media room with the terrace doors open. The kitchen was straightforward, so we cooked more than planned. We walked into town twice for dinner and enjoyed the little spots by the water. The heated pool helped on the cooler day we had, and the garden stayed quiet even in the afternoons.

Exceptional stay in a gorgeous location
This villa was everything we hoped for and more! Perfect villa for families and groups
This villa exceeded all our expectations. We traveled with a group of friends, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The outdoor area was our favorite spot-lounging by the pool, enjoying the hot tub, and dining al fresco was just perfect. A dream getaway in Mallorca!
This hideaway was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the luxurious design, spacious interiors, and breathtaking outdoor areas.
