Three heated pools provide exceptional relaxation options: the main infinity pool on the terrace, a rooftop plunge pool with waterfall, and an indoor spa lap pool. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our group of ten spent a full week here and honestly didn’t want to leave. Waking up to those floor-to-ceiling views from the master suite felt unreal, and everyone appreciated having their own bathroom so mornings weren’t chaotic. We alternated between the indoor lap pool and the big terrace pool depending on the weather. Evenings were usually spent cooking upstairs in the outdoor kitchen while watching boats come in at sunset. We also tried a sailing trip from Club de Vela that the host recommended, and it turned out to be the highlight of the holiday.

Amazing place with incredible views
The villa worked perfectly for our mixed group. The guest apartment was handy for the couple who liked extra privacy. We split our time between the infinity pool and walking down to the marina for dinner. The wine bodega was a fun surprise and made evenings on the terrace super relaxed.

Great week in Port Andratx
We stayed as a group of ten and spent most evenings on the rooftop terrace. The views over the port were unreal and the house had more than enough space for everyone. Loved the pools too.

Luxury villa!
When I arrived at the this cozy place was struck by the amazing convenience that the villa offered me. So much space and even an internal lift! The lighting and space and views are mind-blowing. The infinity pool is brilliant and we loved the way it lit up at night. The villa is truly in a class of its own and I can't wait to return. Everything is so well made and decor is awesome. Amazing villa!
The stay is quite simply the best place we have ever stayed . It is the most amazing place in the perfect location. It's a villa but had the feel of our own hotel. A housekeeper, 3 floors, 2 lifts, a spa, 3 pools, a pool table, whatever drink you fancy... Attention to detail is second to none. The only bad thing about the stay is we have to leave...but we will be back...

The villa is amazing (views, privacy, quality of finish, space, facilities) but the attention to detail is on a other level, absolutely first class. Highly recommend the suggested chef service and treatments. They also arranged a boat trip for us for a day. We had a fantastic week. Unforgettable.

The Most Perfect Luxury villa in the Heart of a Thriving Port Andratx
This villa is the complete package when it comes to staying in a luxurious villa in Mallorca. The owner had clearly thought everything through to ensure guests enjoy their stay to the max. The pools are amazing, the terraces so spacious and giving breathtaking views of Port Andradx. Loved the spa. No expense spared to ensure we had a wonderfully relaxing time. Sophisticated Elegance
I have stayed at this villa twice now with my family and friends. The villa is absolutely stunning - beautiful, serene, and pure gentle, sophisticated luxury.
