Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This holiday spot offers the perfect balance between stylish modern living and relaxing outdoor spaces. The villa is spacious and beautifully designed, with large glass doors that bring in so much light and offer uninterrupted views of the sea. We loved relaxing by the pool and enjoying the covered terrace with a BBQ. The villa is also in a great location, just a short drive to the beaches, restaurants, and the iconic Cap de la Nau lighthouse. It was the ideal spot for our family vacation, and we would definitely return!

In a word Amazing - 6 Star Luxury / Perfection
A home away from home is a fantastic property with all the luxury - and more - than you could wish for. We have booked many 5 star villas over the years but this was a class beyond. Everything was right, the house was new, modern, sleek, beautifully situated and with a super view - but also the furnishings and items such as crockery and pans. How often do you have a beautiful villa with downright bad pans / utensils - not here! Everything is top quality and very complete. The pool was fantastic too. An absolute must!
