Spread across three levels, the villa offers spacious living and dining areas, all air-conditioned for comfort. A utility room is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience.
Sleeping arrangements include four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Two air-conditioned bedrooms feature double beds with en-suite bathrooms. Another double bedroom and a bedroom with three single beds share access to additional bathrooms, including a guest toilet. Each bathroom is fully equipped with showers, baths, and toilets as specified.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay at this modern and luxurious villa was a slice of paradise. The fabulous views, spacious interiors, and a beautiful garden with lemon trees created a serene atmosphere. The air-conditioned living rooms were perfect for relaxation. A wonderful retreat for a group of friends.

Perfect villa, perfect view, perfect location. The villa is located on a superb location on the coast line. The villa is really as beautifull as the pictures shown on the site. Villa is very clean and well maintained. We hope to come back once.

Lovely villa with amazing sea views. Short walk to nearby restaurant's. the villa has multiple levels. very spacious. Balcony was great to chill and relax on in the evenings. Amazing place for a lovely holiday.

Large villa!!
Fabulous, spacious villa with fantastic views. Situated about ten minuted drive from Javea in a very quiet area, certainly the most peaceful part of Javea that we have stayed in. The pictures on the internet show exactly what is on offer. Very comfortable throughout. Lovely garden areas with lemon trees and grape vines. For sun bathers the villa has been cleverly laid out with sun bathing areas from dawn to dusk.
