Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

The view alone makes this villa worth every penny. Mornings by the pool were pure bliss, and the gardens made it feel like a private paradise. The bedrooms were spacious and cool even in the heat. Spacious and comfortable

Perfect villa for big families
We stayed here as a family of 10 and it was just perfect. The pool was huge and super clean, and the views of the sea were amazing. The house had plenty of space for everyone and the outdoor kitchen was great for BBQ nights. Definitely one of our best family holidays!

This holiday spot is truly a grand holiday home. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with luxury and amazing sea views. The spacious living room, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms provided everything we needed. But what truly stole our hearts was the outdoor area!
