Large floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto the terrace and pool area, creating a fluid indoor-outdoor space. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and direct terrace access. Also on this level is a queen-size en-suite bedroom with terrace access, plus a guest toilet and laundry room.
Upstairs, two further bedrooms with queen-size beds enjoy natural light, built-in wardrobes, and private balcony access. A shared bathroom serves these bedrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned, providing comfort during the warmer months.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The villa was a delightful surprise! Newly built and perfectly maintained, it offered everything we were looking for in a relaxing holiday. The layout of the villa was spacious, and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor areas, including the infinity pool and covered terrace. The location was peaceful, but still close enough to the beach and other attractions. We had an unforgettable time here and would love to return next year!

Great villa, fantastic location!
We spent a week at this cozy place and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The villa is beautifully designed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space is perfect, with plenty of seating and sun loungers. We enjoyed some fantastic hikes around the area, and the beach was only a short drive away.
