The main house features a marble-floored living room with stylish furnishings, wooden beam ceilings, and large doors overlooking the garden. A spacious seating area invites relaxation, while adjoining the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen in white marble and a dining area for six guests. Three bedrooms are located in this house: two twin rooms and one double with terrace access. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and include air conditioning.
The second house offers a similarly stylish open-plan kitchen and living area with a sofa and large television. Two bedrooms are located here: a double with sofa and a second double with access to a private porch. A shared shower and toilet serve these rooms. Both houses open via French doors to the extensive garden, where the pool, sun loungers, Balinese day beds, and a covered seating and dining area create a tranquil outdoor retreat. The outdoor kitchen includes a gas barbecue, fridge, oven, sink, and dining table. A hot tub and adjacent sofa complete the alfresco amenities, while two poolside exercise bikes provide additional leisure options.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our recent escape at the accommodation was nothing short of luxurious. The stylish design, spacious living areas, and well-equipped kitchens provided everything we needed. The garden is stunning, with a spectacular pool and an outdoor jacuzzi. We couldn't have asked for a better retreat on the Costa Blanca.

The house is a tranquil haven on the Costa Blanca. The elegant living room, fully-equipped kitchen, and well-decorated bedrooms offered comfort and relaxation. We spent our days by the inviting pool, on the Balinese beds, and enjoyed al fresco dining in the outdoor kitchen. The villa is a true gem.
