The villa is contemporary in design and finished to a high standard throughout. Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a spacious open-plan living area filled with natural light. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open directly onto the private terrace and landscaped gardens, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. This space flows into a fully equipped modern kitchen and a refined dining area with seating for eight. Also on the ground floor is a guest bedroom with a king-size bed, along with a separate guest cloakroom.
The upper floor features the master bedroom and two additional bedrooms. All three benefit from walk-in wardrobes or dressing areas and have direct access to a full-length terrace. This terrace includes a jacuzzi and an open-air shower and offers panoramic views, providing a relaxing outdoor space.
The lower level includes a further guest bedroom with its own bathroom, as well as a private gym and a large games room or children’s play area, offering additional leisure space for families or groups.
The villa accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms. Bedroom 1, 2 an 3 each feature a king-size bed. Bedroom 4 and Bedroom 5 are furnished with twin beds. An additional extra bed is available in a common area if required.
Additional features include a three-car garage, hot and cold air conditioning, underfloor heating throughout, a premium surround sound system, high-speed WiFi and an extensive international TV channel selection.
La Alquería forms part of the New Golden Mile area of Benahavís and is known for its peaceful residential atmosphere. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The most incredible stay at our villa in Marbella. Our original apartment we booked was placed on the market, so we were immediately upgraded to an amazing villa in the mountains which was UNBELIEVABLE. Pool, facilities, bedrooms, bathrooms, all exceeded our expectations, with a fabulous BBQ for us cook and enjoy the space together. Quiet community with local supermarket less than 10 mins walk away. Kate and the team were so friendly and communication throughout was great (with good recommendations too). Couldn’t recommend this agency enough!!

The kind of place you settle into fast
From the first afternoon it felt easy to relax here. We arrived earlier than expected and were allowed to leave bags and get oriented, which helped a lot after traveling. The house had a calm vibe, lots of light, and solid privacy. Some mornings were gym time, others just coffee on the terrace looking over the valley. We didn’t rush anywhere. By the end of the stay it felt strange to leave, which says enough.

A proper villa when you’re many people
We were ten adults sharing the villa and that’s usually tricky, but here it actually worked. No one fought over space. The upstairs terrace became our late-night spot, especially with the jacuzzi and sea views, while others preferred the garden level. The kitchen setup was good enough for cooking together without bumping into each other. One night we had help arranging a dinner out nearby and the suggestions were spot on. It felt organized without feeling managed.

Plenty of space, zero stress
We were a group of ten and the layout worked really well. Bedrooms were spread out, so everyone had their own corner. The living area was where we gathered most, opening the doors and letting the outside in. Booking was easy and the info before arrival helped a lot.

Sunsets that made us slow down
We stayed here with friends and the view alone changed our mood. Evenings on the upper terrace, with the jacuzzi and that open view toward the sea, were unreal. The house felt calm, bright, and private. We barely noticed time passing, which says everything.
