Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
A group of us stayed in this villa for a week in May. The villa it's self is lovely, very well equipped and in a great location. Amazing concierge services....perfect!

The rental is a large and elegant beachfront house with swiimming pool, jacuzzi, very comfortable for groups of 12 people. Free welcome pack and free airport transfer was provided by this travel agency. Private chef and boat trip was hired and was amazing. It was a luxury vacation for our group! I highly recommend!

Luxury villa!
We had an unforgettable holiday at this luxury villa. There were 12 adults and we celebrated my wifes's birthday in true style. The staff recommended caterers 'Rent a Chef' who were amazing providing us with wonderful food and superb service. We also hired a boat and we have an amazing party. The villa is beautifully designed and perfectly layed out so that everyone has privacy. I couldn't recommend this villa more highly for a family or group of friends, it's amazing!! We will never forget our holiday at this spacious villa!!!!

Yes Alba was very helpful, the staff proceed with the airport transfer and then show me around the property. The property is luxury...amazing location, great beach and all bars, clubs from Marbella. The meals cooked by Carlos was excellent. The party from the yacht ...amazing time. Also.... be sure to arrange a massage with Jessica - she is incredible!. I highly recommend this villa for a luxury life time in Marbella.
