Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Beautiful villa
Fantastic villa with lovely people taking care of it. We were a group of 12 friends spending one week and we really had a great time. What we really liked is the outdoor bbq & bar area, the great pool, and the lovely decorated rooms. I would recommend the villa for group of friends or several families. The location of the villa is perfect if you like to do shopping / partying trips and cruise around the Costa del Sol. We will definitely come again!. Thank you very much

The best holiday ever!
We had a great stay at this villa. The luxury retreat had a perfect location just 2 minutes drive from the Marbella and to the beaches. The host, was very helpful including ordering a car and a great chef. This luxury retreat had all the amneties we needed and was beautiful designed. Fantastic villa!
We rented this house for one week and enjoyed every minute of our stay there. The villa is gorgeous! It is big enough to accommodate 12 people. The owner keep the villa spotlessly clean. Marbella is a wonderful area of Costa del Sol, very safe and private. I highly recommend this villa!!
