This villa accommodates 8 adults and 2 children, featuring a private pool with Power Swim, Jacuzzi, and spacious, secluded gardens. Located in the prestigious San Rafael area, between the 16th-century village of Frigiliana and the coastal town of Nerja, it offers a perfect private getaway. Accommodation is spread between the ground floor of the villa and a separate annexe.
The ground floor includes an en-suite master bedroom with king-size bed, a double room opening to the gardens, a bunk-bed room for children, kitchen, lounge, dining area, a snug TV area, and a bathroom. The annexe comprises a double bedroom, a twin room, a shower room, and a small kitchen area.
The villa is accessed via a gated driveway, with private parking. The landscaped gardens feature lawns, tall trees, flowers, fruit trees, shaded and sunny areas, and a hammock. The 10x4.5 m pool (depth 1.1-1.9 m) has a Power Swim facility and integrated Jacuzzi. Surrounding the pool are sunbeds, a gas BBQ, and a table tennis area. Pool and beach towels, along with pool toys, are provided.
The indoor living spaces are bright and airy, with patio doors opening onto the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 5-ring gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave/grill, coffee machine, large fridge/freezer, and all necessary utensils. The lounge area features a large corner sofa, TV with UK channels, DVD player, and a selection of books and games.
Bedrooms are designed for comfort, with air conditioning, walk-in wardrobes, ceiling fans, and en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, sofa, and luxurious en-suite with shower and bath. The annexe bedrooms are accessible via steps near the pool, providing privacy and tranquility.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This spacious villa is superbly furnished and tastefully designed. Nestled between Nerja on the coast and Frigiliana in the hills, it offers a perfect base for exploring this part of southern Spain. A short drive takes you to Nerja with its beaches, restaurants, and sights, while a scenic walk leads up to the village of Frigiliana. The villa itself is top-class, featuring a fantastic pool and excellent poolside space. We have stayed here several times and will definitely continue returning to this lovely villa.

Great house with all modern facilities and located in a quiet area of Nerja. Lovely swimmingpool and great accommodations and a large beautiful garden. Highly recommended.

Fantastic villa in a wonderfull enviroment
We stayed for two weeks in a this fantastic villa 3 minutes from the center of Nerja and 5 minutes from the beach.The master bedroom was very spacy with TV & DVD and its own bathroom. Two more bedrooms with share bathroom, to accomodate another couple and 2 children.The living room and kitchen in one space was beautifully furnished.Very nice TV area with 50 inch flat screen. External terrace with nice swiming pool and BBQ area. Absolutely recommend it.

Fantastic villa
What a fantastic stay in this beautiful property. Great sized pool which was a must and had everything we needed for a great holiday. Gardens are superb, very private and lovely outdoor eating area. Nearby Frigiliana has some great restaurants and we can’t wait to go back.
