The first floor includes a bright living area with satellite TV and access to a terrace, an open-plan dining area for six, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, freezer, grill, and coffee machine, plus two additional bedrooms arranged similarly, sharing a family bathroom and a shower room. All bedrooms feature air conditioning for comfort.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This cozy place exceeded all our expectations. The spacious bedrooms, modern kitchen, and large pool made our stay super comfortable. The views were simply breathtaking, and we loved dining outside. The check-in process was smooth, and the hosts were very accommodating. A fantastic experience!

A perfect family getaway
We stayed here with our kids and had the best vacation! The pool was a big hit, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing. The villa has a charming Mediterranean feel, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. It’s also close to the beautiful Balcón de Europa and Burriana Beach. Would love to return!

Stunning villa with breathtaking views!
We had an amazing time at this cozy place! The location is perfect-quiet and peaceful, yet close to Nerja’s main attractions. The views from the terrace were absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. The villa was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!
