The lower floor pool is sun-soaked all day, with an expansive terrace offering panoramic sea views down to Nerja. This terrace includes a small BBQ and a shaded dining area with table and chairs. The second pool is positioned on the ground floor, mountain-facing terrace, overlooking Frigiliana and surrounding countryside, complete with a covered BBQ and outdoor kitchen ideal for alfresco meals.
Accessed via high gates, the villa offers driveway parking for two cars. A charming Andalusian-style porch leads into a light-filled interior courtyard adorned with decorative plants and trees, opening into the main hallway and stylish ground floor accommodation.
The ground floor living room is furnished in traditional Spanish style, featuring a large dining table, comfortable seating, and multiple windows allowing plenty of natural light. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
