Inside, a small porch leads to the entrance hallway, with the kitchen to one side, opening into the spacious lounge area and covered terraces. The open-plan lounge connects seamlessly with various outdoor seating areas, the garden, and the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped for all holiday cooking needs, with a central table and chairs for casual meals, while the dining room is conveniently located alongside it.
The villa's six bedrooms include three double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, and one single bedroom, distributed across two floors. Five bedrooms feature air conditioning and heating. On the ground floor, there is one double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom overlooking the garden. The first floor houses two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, one single bedroom, and two bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms on this level open onto terraces with views of the garden and pool.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Amazing family villa with the wow factor
Quick and easy to book. Alba responded promptly to my enquiry and any questions i had regarding our stay. From the moment the gates to the villa opened we knew we had booked a very special place. All interest points are at walking distance, beach, bars, supermarkets, restaurants. The space indoors was more than enough even for our group of 11 plus a baby, the outside space was as big with plenty of sunbeds, sitting and eating areas and a fantastic infinity pool. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. The bedrooms were all good sizes. Would highly recommend this it was so tasty
