Bedrooms and sleeping arrangements: - Bedroom 1: Ground level, double bed 160 cm, ensuite bathroom with shower, private terrace. - Bedroom 2: Ground level, two single beds 90 cm, private terrace. - Bedroom 3: First floor, double bed 180 cm, ensuite bathroom with shower, private terrace. - Bedroom 4: First floor, double bed 150 cm, shared bathroom with two washbasins and shower, private terrace. - Bedroom 5: First floor, double bed 150 cm, shared bathroom with two washbasins and shower, private terrace.
Interior features: The main floor features a large living room with flat screen TV, quality music system, and portable Bose iPod dock, with access to the main terrace. The open American-style kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, two fridge-freezers, Nespresso coffee machine, blender, toaster, and kettle. Additional amenities include a guest WC and a laundry area with washing machine and dryer. The first floor has a small TV area with sofa for movies and relaxation.
Outdoor features: Guests can enjoy spacious covered terraces, a rectangular saltwater swimming pool (15 x 5 m), artificial grass, and 10 sunbeds around the pool. Outdoor entertainment includes table tennis, barbecue, and three dining tables accommodating 6, 8, and 10 guests. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The villa is beautiful and private. Outdoor terraces are perfect for breakfast or evening drinks. The garden felt endless. Location is great, just a short drive to beaches and Ibiza Town. Definitely coming back next year.

Amazing villa for a party or chill week
This villa blew us away! Stayed a week with 10 friends and it never felt crowded. Each bedroom had its own terrace, bathrooms were clean, and the living room was huge for movie nights. Loved that the pool was saltwater, super refreshing! Booking was simple and agency helpful with transfers. BBQ nights were a highlight and the artificial grass made pool lounging so comfy. Felt really private and serene but still close to San Antonio and the best beaches. Ping-pong was surprisingly competitive and dining outdoors every night was perfect. Definitely one of our best Ibiza holidays.

Spacious and gorgeous
We just got back from a week here and couldn’t be happier. Villa is modern, everything works perfectly, and there’s so much room for everyone. The pool area was our favorite, relaxing under the sun with music. Loved that the kitchen was fully stocked and the coffee machine actually works like a pro! Terraces from the bedrooms were a bonus, morning coffee with a view never felt better. Agency sorted our arrival smoothly and gave some local tips that made exploring easy. Felt luxurious but really homey at the same time.

Great villa, super relaxing
Our stay was awesome. The bedrooms were comfy, bathrooms clean, and the first floor TV corner great for lazy afternoons. Pool was perfect and BBQ area fun for everyone. Loved that the villa felt tucked away yet not far from beaches. Agency helped with car rental which was a lifesaver. Will recommend to friends!

Fantastic Ibiza retreat
This villa was ideal for our family celebration. Spacious, airy, and everything so well thought out. Loved outdoor dining, table tennis, and pool games. Bedrooms super comfy, especially the ones upstairs. Quiet area but just minutes from San Antonio and beaches. Big thanks to the agency, check-in was seamless and they even suggested great restaurants. A week here felt too short, wish we stayed longer!
