Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Staying at the place was like living in a dream. The history and character of the villa blend seamlessly with modern luxury. The 7 en-suite bedrooms are spacious, and the living areas are well-equipped. We enjoyed the Sonos sound system and the private massage hut. This villa is a treasure with incredible sea access and beautiful views.

To be treated like a queen
When you see the holiday home from the side, you have an extremely desire to find way secretly and to be melted there totally. And finally when you are there, you roll in luxury from your head to toes. Best location, free welcome pack and free airport transfer; coffee machine makes a delicious coffee; swimming pool gives an amazing views. Everything is incredible and you feel a great addiction to this place. Thanks to this luxury retreat for your opening hugs for me!!!

Such an amazing villa and an amazing place With the service to match
From the moment of booking, the team were excellent. Answering all the queries quickly. They also recommended car hire firms. The villa itself, was everything you would expect of a luxury. The villa was beautiful inside with everything you would need. Towels (beach and bath) were all included. The pool was beautiful with amazing views....i highly recommend this villa.

One of most complete Villas in Ibiza available for rent. Private beach, fully staffed, gym, owners cars to use, private massage room and heated pool were some of the highlights. I highly recommend.

We are so happy that we chose this beautiful place for our holiday. The whole group slept very good at night! It was very quiet and private with loveley memories. The kitchen is all new and it was a pleasure to work in it! The pool is amazing and the view breathtaking!
