Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The villa was spotless when we arrived, and the check-in was super easy. Beds were comfortable, and having underfloor heating was a nice touch for cooler evenings. Loved the modern design and how spacious everything felt. The agency was great-they gave us awesome local tips, and we even got a discount on a private chef for one night. Amazing experience!

Perfect family holiday!
Stayed here with family (3 generations), and everyone had an amazing time! The kids loved the pool, while the adults enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the supermarket was just a short walk away. The concierge helped us plan a private boat trip-one of the best experiences ever. Wow… just wow!
This villa is pure luxury! The bedrooms are huge, and each one has its own bathroom, which was perfect for our group of 12. The location is ideal-super private but close enough to Ibiza Town and Blue Marlin. Loved the rooftop terrace for sunset drinks. We even got a welcome pack with snacks and drinks, which was a nice touch.

We spent an amazing week at this spacious villa with a group of friends, and it was beyond our expectations. The villa is super spacious, modern, and the sea views are breathtaking! The Ibiza experience
The house is a picturesque villa set in the beautiful Ibiza landscape. The perfect location to enjoy the sun by the pool or near by beach, travel to different parts of the Island and relax in the long evenings. Just Amazing!!
The villa has amazing views of the island and the sea. It gives some amazing sunset photo opportunities for those who want a few pics. The gates are lockable from a 'clicker' which there are 2 of which gave us that added feel of security. Modern and very well equipped....we hired a boat and the meals cooked by a private chef was amazing. I highly recommend!!

Lovely villa!!!
Enjoyed our week in this lovely villa from Ibiza. Plenty of space in the villa for 14 people, modern Kitchen and living space. Apple Tv and sound system. Air conditioning. Fabulous pool. Plenty of sun beds either in shade or sun. Great outside table and chairs. Utility room with washing machine, dryer and iron. The private chef was great...he cooked local foods..... We would definitely rent this property again. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Amazing place to stay in Es Cubells
I had the opportunity to stay in the villa with a big group of family and friends, and the facilites were truly amazing. The house catered very well for a large group of people like ours, where everybody could find a great spot in or out of the sun, with many different chill-out areas all around. This house is a really chic and trendy place to spend a holiday! I will be back : )
