Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
What a place! The property has such a serene vibe-it’s perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. We stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute. The two pools were awesome, especially the lap pool for a morning swim. I loved the outdoor beds and just chilling under the sun. The villa is super private, which made it feel like we had our own little corner of Ibiza. It’s a short drive to the beaches and the town, so you’re close to everything but still tucked away in nature. Highly recommend!

Just WOW!
This villa took our breath away! The location in the national park was so peaceful and private. The view from the terrace was magical, and we spent hours watching the sunset every evening. The layout is fantastic, with plenty of space for everyone to have their own time but also lots of spots for hanging out as a group. The house has such a cool mix of modern and Moroccan style that makes it feel unique and cozy. Everything was top-notch, from the concierge service to the amazing local restaurants they recommended. Will definitely be coming back!

A piece of paradise!
This retreat is absolutely stunning! The views of Es Vedra and the sunsets are beyond beautiful-honestly, some of the best I’ve ever seen. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We spent our days lounging by the pools, and the outdoor spaces are perfect for chilling or dining outside. The two pools were great for cooling off, and the boules court added a bit of fun to our stay. We also had a lovely BBQ night at the villa - such a vibe! Thank you to the team for making this holiday unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable villa
A beautiful villa with excellent facilities. Spacious enough for a family of 10 aged between 70 and 2 to enjoy a relaxing, fun week together. Lovely to have the option of a very good cook if wanted and all the local contacts were charming and helpful. Lovely places to visit close by.

Very much appreciated
We spent with eight persons a week in this comfortable house. The house is well decorated. Everything was cleaned. When we arrived the host family welcomed us and showed us around. On the table in the kitschen was a big basket mit lovely fruits and a bottle of wine, raki and olive oil. When we left the house we got two big bottles of olivoil. It is quite area. We loved to sit outside for breakfast or in the evening by a glass of wine. We hope we come back one time.

A perfect villa for a perfect holiday
This stylish property was a perfect villa for us to stay at. Stunning views and a comfortable sleep. It doesn't get much better than waking up and having a morning swim. The house managers were happy to help with any enquires and we would definitely return.
