Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.

Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed here with our two teenagers, and the layout made the whole week feel calm and easy. The kids loved the big pool, and we spent plenty of time on the loungers reading or just cooling off every hour or so. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the little beverage fridge became the spot everyone raided after coming back from the beach. Evenings usually ended on the private terraces chatting about the day, and the short walk to the sea made spontaneous strolls really enjoyable.

Helpful agency and a smooth stay
We booked for six friends and appreciated how the agency sorted a few things before we arrived, including the welcome pack and some dinner suggestions. The villa itself felt modern but not fussy, and we liked how the living area opened straight to the pool deck. Everyone found the beds comfortable, and the underfloor heating came in handy one cooler evening. One night we climbed up to the roof terrace to watch the sunset, which ended up being one of our favourite moments of the trip.

Relaxed week in a really handy location
Two couples shared the place and it worked great because everyone had their own corner to retreat to. The master bedroom having its own terrace was a nice bonus for slow mornings. Most days started with a quick walk along Pine Walk, then back for breakfast outside. The kitchen was simple to use, and we ended up grilling a few nights instead of going out. The pool was bigger than we expected, so we spent full afternoons out there just unwinding.

Loved being so close to the Pine Walk
We came as a family of five and honestly spent half our time drifting between the pool and the beach walkway. The villa felt easy to live in, with everything on one level and those big doors opening straight to the terrace. Evenings were the best part, sitting outside while the mountains turned pink in the distance.
