Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Eight of us stayed here for a small getaway and the layout couldn’t have suited us better. The ground-floor bedrooms opening right onto the pool area made mornings really peaceful. Evenings were mostly spent upstairs with the sliding doors open toward the terrace and the mountain and bay views. The big kitchen helped a lot, especially the oversized fridge-freezer. We even walked to the pine walk one night. The whole stay felt super smooth and relaxed.

Stunning views all day long
We came as a group of seven, two families traveling together, and the place worked perfectly for us. Having every room with its own bathroom made mornings super easy. The upstairs living area was our usual hangout, especially with that huge glass wall bringing in all the light. Kids loved the infinity pool while we relaxed on the upper terrace overlooking the bay. We walked to the beach a couple of times since it was so close. Everything felt open, modern, and really simple to use.

Heaven
It is located in the most quiet part of Port de Pollenca of Majorca. The place itself is very spatious with very big living room and dining room area with a fully equipped, vast kitchen. It is the perfect place for a family with kids. The management is very friendly and will accommodate all your wishes and needs. We were being served breakfast in the mornings, which was brought to us within minutes after we called for it. For all the other meals you either go to one of the many close by restaurants or you enjoy your own cooking in the kitchen. Plenty of Supermarkets are near by to buy all the supplies. The place is very clean and secluded. You will feel very much at home and escape the vast numbers of tourist who frequent the island during its peak season months. Highly reccomended!

Excellent holiday
