The villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac within the residential Can Singala area, just 250 metres from the pine walk and beach, and within walking distance of local shops, bars, and restaurants. The exterior includes a well-maintained garden with lawn and paved terrace areas, a shaded BBQ, and an outdoor dining space adjacent to the pool, ideal for al fresco meals and relaxation.
Inside, the villa is bright and airy with tasteful modern décor. The open-plan living and dining area features a TV with limited English channels, DVD, MP3/iPod docking station, and WiFi. The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes a fresh water drinking tap, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. The three bedrooms consist of two doubles and one twin, all with air conditioning, complemented by two modern shower rooms. A cot and highchair are available upon request.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Trinidad. It’s such a comfortable and easy place to be - peaceful, clean, and just a short walk to the beach and the Pine Walk. The pool was perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun, and we spent most evenings having dinner outside by the BBQ. The villa had everything we needed - good air conditioning, reliable WiFi, and a really well-equipped kitchen. The beds were comfy, and the whole place had a very homely feeling. It was great being close enough to walk to restaurants and shops, but still tucked away in a quiet street. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool, and we liked how safe and relaxed the neighborhood felt. We’d love to come back next summer - it was one of the easiest and most enjoyable holidays we’ve had in Mallorca.

Great Family Holiday Home
Stayed here February family of 9 adults. The photos of the villa do not do it justice, it has to be seen to be truly appreciated. Very spacious, modern, clean, equipped with everything you could ask for.Pool was fantastic and warm!! Lots of seating areas to choose from, sitting out on the balcony at night was great! If we have a chance we will definitely come back here for a second time.
