The lower floor features a bright, modern living room with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and direct access to the garden, solarium, and pool. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee machine, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils for home-cooked meals. A double bedroom and a stylish bathroom on this floor are thoughtfully outfitted, including amenities for babies and children.
The upper floor hosts two main suites, each with spacious bathrooms including separate bath and shower, air conditioning, and private terraces with mountain views and vistas of Alcudia's illuminated historic walls. Additionally, there are two bedrooms with twin beds and a fully equipped bathroom, providing comfortable accommodation for all guests.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We have just returned from a restful week at the holiday home. We were a large family group of all ages, young and old. The photos on the website were lovely but actually the villa is simply beautiful and the photos don't do justice to how stunning it is. On arrival the owners had provided us with essentials needed to get us through without that manic first hour shop! This was greatly appreciated after a long day travelling and a lovely touch to start our holiday. The swiming pool is large and able to fit us all plus inflatables! There is a shallow end with steps which was perfect for our non swimmers. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely be returning. Thankyou so much for letting us borrow your beautiful home!

Family Holiday and Birthday celebrations
Myself and my family booked this villa to celebrate my brother turning 60. My sister travelled from Dubai, my brother and his wife from Kent and myself, my husband and our 2 children aged 9 &12; travelled from Southampton. We were all absolutely thrilled when we arrived, the pictures on the website were perfectly accurate and the villa was beautiful and very spacious. The agent couldn't have been more helpful, and he even had a cake and a bottle of bubbly delivered for my brother on his big day. The pool was perfectly maintained and house staff couldn't have been more helpful. The villa is really well stocked with everything you should need and more. The outside BBQ are was our favourite evening space. I couldn't recommend this villa highly enough, we had a very beautiful family holiday where we created some really beautiful family memories.

Beautiful!
We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday in this stunning villa . There were quite a few of us (11 to be precise!) ranging in age from 74 down to 15 months and everyone was very impressed and extremely well catered for in terms of space and privacy. We arrived to find everything looking as it did in the pictures. We had thoughtfully been supplied with some bits and pieces for lunch - we were all hungry after our journey but also had 2 ravenous teens to feed! We had everything we could have needed in the villa - even a coffee machine ! A real home from home.

Everything and more than expected
We were a family party ranging over three generations. The villa was perfect in every way i.e. television in every room, beautifully set out kitchen, large lounge and dining area. Outside was a beautiful swimming pool, 16 relaxing sun loungers, outside BBQ, outside dining for everyone. Hot tub, pool table, table tennis and basket ball net.
