This modern luxury villa accommodates up to twelve guests with six spacious bedrooms and six bathrooms. One ground-floor bedroom is wheelchair-accessible, featuring a double bed and a bathroom with shower. Four bedrooms are located on the first floor-two doubles and two twins (which can be set up as singles or doubles)-each with en-suite bathrooms and hairdryers. A separate guest house just 10 meters from the main property includes a double bed, sofa bed, en-suite bathroom, private terrace, and kitchenette.
The main living area is flooded with natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows, offering oversized sofas, a plasma TV system, music system with terrace speakers, and a dining table for 10. The white marble kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, including a Nespresso machine and an American-style fridge freezer. A family bathroom on the ground floor features a large indoor jacuzzi.
Outside, the villa boasts a large swimming pool surrounded by teak decking, a hot tub for 8 people, lawn, fruit trees, barbecue, ping-pong table, and spacious terraces with cane sofas and shaded dining areas. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Three families stayed for a week. Very nice house with good amenities. The property OK maintained. Alcúdia old town is easily available for meals shops etc, so the Location is excellent. The agency provided very good information and fixed any issues swiftly. Good overall experience.

Lovely villa
All the accommodation was excellent, with sufficient space for us all. It was so good to be able to swim in the pool whenever we liked, especially for the children. Being able to walk to the sea and swim from a small bay was a bonus, and one we enjoyed early morning as well as later in the day. We all enjoyed Alcudia! We were extremely impressed with your ability to meet our request to leave later.

Fabulous week in Majorca
Really fantastic property situated in a quite area and yet within walking distance to the lovely old walled city of Alcudia.Pool and house amenities were great. There were a couple of items that needed some small maintenance which were attended to immediately after we flagged with the owner. Really good service and a lovely property. Would highly recommend.

Modern villa in great location
The villa is in a great position within walking distance of the old town where there are many restaurants, also you can walk to a local beach. There are many other beaches just a short drive away and parking was never a problem. The villa is modern with a great pool which is quite deep so maybe extra care is needed with young children who aren't happy when they can't reach the bottom although our 3 year old granddaughter was very happy swimming about with armbands but more nervous kids might have a problem. I think the villa has had some alterations recently as at the time we booked the photos may have been a bit outdated but they still give a good indication of what to expect, although the lounge did not have such a smart appearance as the photos suggest. The villa is secluded with nice views of the mountains, once in the villa you could be miles from anywhere as the outlook is so good.

Great stay!
We were a group of six people. We were able to move into the house on arrival after a short phone call at 16:00. The house was in a very good condition (in all areas - also in terms of cleanliness). In the middle of the stay a cleaning lady came over and changed the bath towels (everyone already had two sets in his room). Overall, we had a really great stay - also thanks to wonderful weather. Close house at the end - conclusions in box provide short call in agency and bye bye ...
