Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This was an amazing property!! Very Spacious with all the modern amenities, convenient and clean. The large veranda was the perfect spot for outside dining. It had sweeping views of the the olive tree farm and the mountains in the distance which would always end with a beautiful sunset. The pool was a huge bonus for a late night dip but we really enjoyed the nearby beaches and excellent dining experience. This property is well maintained and the owner bends over backwards for you. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful villa
Fantastic house in beautiful setting. The house and the scenery really is as beautiful as in the pictures on the website. We spent a lot of time on the beautiful terrace and the children enjoyed the pool. Georgous beach at approximately 15 minutes driving. Everything is well maintained and taken care off. We arrived on a Sunday and were immediately welcomed with some fruits, wine, water, etc, so we did not have to rush to a store upon our arrival. Great property with great service!

Amazing
Stunning property set in the Majorcan countryside. Really enjoyed our stay here with 2 kids in tow. Lots of amenities for the kids (baby cot, high chair, beach toys etc). Highly recommended.

Great property in super location
We stayed here as a family and had a great time. The villa is nicely presented, well furnished and in a great spot for visiting Pollensa, Alcudia, Soller etc. I really can't fault it, the views are also lovely and relaxing in the villa in the evening outside was a real highlight. No reservations at all. Would definitely come back.
