This two-storey villa accommodates up to seven guests with three bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a double bed and garden access, and two on the first floor-one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed (double bed below, single bed above). Two bathrooms include a shower and a bathtub. While there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, fans are provided upon request.
The fenced property offers a 50 m² garden and a 32 m² terrace with a mobile BBQ, table, and seating-perfect for al fresco dining. The 6 x 4 m saltwater pool is ideal for swimming and sunbathing, with four sun loungers available. Direct access from the terrace leads to the living-dining area with air conditioning, cozy sofa, dining table for six, TV (Spanish and German channels), and fireplace. The independent kitchen is fully equipped, and the villa also includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
The villa is just 150 meters from the natural beach of Son Serra de Marina, offering a quiet retreat with sand and rock areas. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.

Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This house is just perfect. The location is brilliant - max. 5 minutes to the beach! Condition of the house quite new and very well maintained. Equipment very modern and well selected. The manager welcomed us with a huge selection of fruit. All the extra things from dishwasher tabs to toilet paper are all there. Water was also provided as a welcome or for the beginning ... and and and - just great! Terrace as well as furniture and cushions. everything perfect! Pool very clean and big enough! We are completely thrilled and would like to come back Thank you for the great holiday in this perfect house

Perfect Holiday
This vacation house is perfect. It has everything one needs. My family and I had a very good time. The house looks exactely like the pics. Very clean.....very comfotable......very spacious. The area is perfect for non touri fans. The beach at the end of town is very pretty....with an amazing few of the mountains. 50 meters from the house is a little store.....has all the grocerie one needs.....and the store owners are very friendly. The town has about 4-5 restaurants. 3 of which we visited. Great food.....Paella take out possible.....spoken languages in german, english and spanish. We're planning on coming back next year.....it was just the perfect vacation for us!
