Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The most AMAZING villa in Mallorca - just Perfect!
We stayed at the villa for two weeks during early June - two weeks was not enough time, and I can't wait to go back one day! A large, modern and spacious kitchen was available. The rooms are all huge and extremely comfortable with en-suite facilities for almost every room. The island itself is a playground for adventure. The beaches are also incredible. I can't recommend a stay here enough. The views, the incredible sunsets and the wonderful owners - nothing is too much to ask and they make you feel truly special. I can't wait to come back!

A truly wonderful faultless amazing villa
The villa is just as described only better. It was everything we could have wanted for a family holiday. From the moment we arrived and felt so privileged to be staying in such a wonderful place. The bedrooms were all well equipped, spacious and spotless. The living areas were vast and so comfortable. We cannot praise this villa enough and will be back for sure.
