This modern villa in Son Serra de Marina comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it ideal for a peaceful family getaway. The outdoor area is perfect for barbecues, and the private 11m x 3m chlorine pool (0.8m-2m deep) offers a refreshing retreat after a day on the beach. An exterior shower is also available. The fenced plot ensures privacy while still having direct neighbours.
The villa is a single-storey house with three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a trundle bed. The master bedroom features an en-suite shower bathroom. A cot and high chair can be provided upon request. A second bathroom with a shower is also available.
The bright and friendly sitting-dining area features large windows, satellite TV, and plenty of space to enjoy meals or relax. The fully equipped kitchen includes a vitro hob, and additional amenities such as a washing machine, iron, and ironing board are provided.
Son Serra de Marina offers a tranquil location with the rocky coast just 20 meters from the villa and a sandy beach about 500 meters away. A nearby restaurant with sea views is perfect for an evening drink, and paddle surfing is available for those who enjoy water sports. A 10-minute drive takes you to Can Picafort, offering shops, restaurants, nightlife, and more.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Stunning villa, very well equipped and at walking distance to a lot of restaurants, bars, etc. The manager very nice, booking easy and is always at available to answer questions. We also took his advise on some local restaurants and had some excellent meals. We have already booked for next year and cant wait to return. This has to be one of the nicest villas in the area.

A lovely villa in a perfect location
A lovely villa with everything that you would need for a family holiday. The villa had everything that was shown on the itinerary and so much more. The pool was excellent and the villa was located very close to all of the shops and amenities that you would need. The beach was a short drive and a number of restaurants were very close. The villa is highly recommended and it was perfect for our family holiday. It was definitely 'Home from Home'..... Excellent.

Perfect location close to the beach and some excellent restaurants. Ideal location for walkers with walks from the door. A villa of exceptionally high standard in terms of cleanliness, comfort and available facilities. Fine views and a quiet location. Highly recommended.
