This two-storey villa accommodates up to seven guests with three bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a double bed and garden access, and two on the first floor-one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed (double bed below, single bed above). Two bathrooms include a shower and a bathtub. While there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, fans are provided upon request.

The fenced property offers a 50 m² garden and a 32 m² terrace with a mobile BBQ, table, and seating-perfect for al fresco dining. The 6 x 4 m saltwater pool is ideal for swimming and sunbathing, with four sun loungers available. Direct access from the terrace leads to the living-dining area with air conditioning, cozy sofa, dining table for six, TV (Spanish and German channels), and fireplace. The independent kitchen is fully equipped, and the villa also includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

The villa is just 150 meters from the natural beach of Son Serra de Marina, offering a quiet retreat with sand and rock areas. Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy
Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Cancellation Terms
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
