Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our routine changed every day, which made the stay feel natural. Some mornings we headed to the sand early, others we stayed by the pool on the first-floor terrace and watched the harbor wake up below. The bedrooms upstairs had plenty of light, and the one on the ground floor with terrace access was used the most. The living space stayed cool even when the sun was strong, so evenings inside were easy. One night we walked along the promenade for dinner and didn’t need the car at all.

Smooth stay thanks to the agency
We had a group of nine and appreciated how easy things were before we even arrived. The airport transfer arranged by the agency meant we didn’t have to think about anything after landing. The house itself felt straightforward, with enough corners for everyone to settle. A couple of mornings we stayed on the terrace just watching the boats come and go. Loved the simple layout and the terrace
The house worked well for us because the living room and kitchen opened directly to the terrace, so people drifted in and out without breaking conversations. The kids used the bunk room just off the library and thought it was fun. One afternoon we crossed to the marina for a slow walk and came back for dinner outside since the terrace stayed comfortable. The bathrooms had bright tiles that gave each room its own look, and the outdoor shower near the pool was useful after the beach.

Nice spot with easy access to everything
The place felt calm from the first day, mainly because of the light coming in through the big windows and the views over the harbor. I liked that the bedrooms had their own bathrooms, so nobody had to wait around in the mornings. Most afternoons ended up on the terrace since it had a bit of shade and a good view of the promenade. We walked to the beach a few times just to cool off, and the pool on the first floor was handy when we didn’t feel like going far.
