Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Most mornings we split up - a few went to Platja des Traves to rent pedal boats, while the rest stayed in and enjoyed the quieter hours on the terrace. The bedrooms downstairs stayed cool, and having the showers right there made it simple after a dip in the pool. The living-dining room upstairs became the spot for evenings when we didn’t want to go out. We drove into Soller once for the market, picked up some things, and used them for dinner later. The week passed in a comfortable, unhurried way.

A relaxed stay with plenty of quiet corners
Our group fell into its own rhythm pretty fast. Someone always found a shady spot on one of the patios while others took over the pool area. The kitchen made cooking simple, so we used it more than we expected and carried meals out to the terrace because the view made everything feel slower. One day we took the tram into Soller, wandered the square for a bit, grabbed something to drink, and headed back before the evening breeze picked up. The house felt calm without trying to be fancy.

Late afternoons that slowly became our routine
What I liked most here was how the light shifted across the terraces in the late afternoon. A couple of us ended up sitting near the glass panels almost every day, just watching the sea change color while others got the barbecue going. The living room upstairs had this soft brightness that made it easy to sit and talk without doing much. The bedrooms downstairs opened straight toward the pool, and stepping outside first thing in the morning felt like a small luxury. We walked to Platja d’en Repic twice and stayed until sunset.

Perfect Getaway in Port de Soller
We recently stayed at the rental in Port de Soller, and it was an amazing escape. The villa is modern, clean, and well-equipped, just as described on the website. Our family had a wonderful time at the rental in Mallorca. The property lived up to its description, offering stunning sea views from the balcony.
