The saltwater pool measures 5 x 2.5 m with a depth of 1.5 m and is surrounded by terraces furnished with sun loungers and seating areas, providing the perfect spots to enjoy the panoramic sea and bay views. A garden shower is also available, and the property is fully fenced for privacy.
On the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, washing machine, iron, and ironing board opens onto a living-dining room with spectacular sea views. This level also includes two bedrooms-one double and one twin-and two bathrooms with showers, one en-suite. The ground floor is available for groups of seven or more for an additional supplement and features a second kitchen open to the living area with sea and mountain views, two bedrooms (one double and one twin), and two bathrooms, one en-suite. The villa is equipped with four fans for summer and eleven electric radiators for winter comfort.
Port Sóller offers a fine sandy beach, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Guests can explore the scenic Tramuntana Mountains, take the historic train to Palma de Mallorca through picturesque valleys and villages, or enjoy cycling and hiking in the surrounding area. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our plan was to hike a few routes in the Tramuntana, and the villa made a good base for that. Mornings started with coffee looking over the bay before heading out. The bedrooms were comfortable, and we liked having two living areas since we were a bigger group. Evenings were relaxed, either walking down to eat seafood by the port or cooking something simple and sitting outside until it got cooler.

Easygoing stay with great views
We came as a group of nine and ended up spending more time on the terraces than anywhere else. The sea view changed all day, so someone was always sitting out there with a drink. The upstairs kitchen was handy for quick meals, and the pool stayed cool even in the afternoon sun. A couple of us took the old train to Palma one day while the others stayed by the water in Port Sóller.

Amazing villa, Great host
Just got back from the Majorca. The villa lived up to all our expectations and more. Beautiful views and the pool was amazing. Every room was air conditioned and towels supplied even for the pool area. Everyone of us had an amazing time and spent quite a lot of time in the villa enjoying the facilities. Can't recommend enough and will definitely be looking to return someday soon.

Amazing
We stayed here for 9 days for a henny and can honestly say it was the most stunning villa! the housekeeper was hugely helpful and went over and beyond for us. The villa has everything, it is modern, clean, full of technology and has incredible social areas. Literally had 9 days of luxury and my only negative was that we didn't stay longer! Couldn't recommend the hideaway enough!

We had a fabulous time at this stylish property. It's a great villa for a gathering with family or friends. There was ample space for us all and it was really well equipped. Totally recommend to everyone looking for somewhere special to stay, felt like I had arrived in paradise. I get to go back, can't fault it
