The 9 x 3.5 m private chlorine pool, with a depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.5 metres, is perfect for swimming and sunbathing, while an outdoor shower adds convenience. The spacious porch invites alfresco dining, and the fully fenced property ensures privacy.
Inside, the villa features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, and a dining area for eight. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, including one with an en-suite hydro-massage shower. The upper floor hosts a bright living area with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, and dining table for six, as well as two additional bedrooms-one with an en-suite hydro-massage shower and the other with access to a separate bathroom with bathtub. Air conditioning is provided throughout, and the villa includes a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. A garage with space for three cars is available in the basement.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Most mornings started with someone making breakfast while others drifted out to the pool. The bedrooms upstairs stayed bright, and having a bathtub in one of the bathrooms was helpful after a long walk. We tried the local restaurants along the promenade a couple of times because they were close and easy. The garage was useful when we rented a car for a day trip, but most of the time we didn’t need it. The house felt relaxed and made the week go by quietly in a good way.

perfect holiday in mallorca
We were seven in total, and the agency arranged our transfer, which saved us the hassle of sorting taxis late at night. The house itself was straightforward, with enough room upstairs to spread out on the sofas. We used the washer and dryer a couple of times since we had sandy clothes from the beach. One evening we asked the agency for help with a restaurant booking in the village, and it worked out well. The fenced garden made the outside area feel private without trying too hard.

Quiet place to switch off for a few days
The house had a calm feel from the start, especially with the upstairs living area catching so much light. We used the porch most evenings because it stayed warm and had enough space for all of us to eat together. The pool was a good size for cooling off, and the outdoor shower was handy after trips to the beach. We walked to the promenade one afternoon and ended up staying longer than planned, just sitting by the water and grabbing a drink before heading back.

Amazing!
The villa, location and surrounding area make for an incredible stay. The villa is just as described, beautifully arranged, nicely equiped and with noone over looking you, very private, we loved staying here. The owner was extremely helpful even offering advice on places to eat etc. We have booked again for next year and have recommended to friends!
