Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The villa worked perfectly for our group of adults and teens. Plenty of space inside and everyone appreciated having their own room. The location is quiet but not isolated, and we enjoyed walking along the coast in the mornings. One day we got bikes and explored around Sant Pere, which was a great change of pace. The garden leading straight to the beach made everything so easy, especially when we wanted a quick dip after dinner. Booking was straightforward and the host shared a few useful local tips.

Great place for a week away
We booked the villa for a week with friends and ended up spending more time on the terrace than anywhere else. The pool area felt private and the view was honestly the best part of the trip. The beach right in front was small but super handy for quick swims. The master room was really comfortable, and having multiple bathrooms made mornings smoother. We also walked into Colonia de Sant Pere a couple of times for dinner.

Peaceful beachfront stay
We stayed here as a family group of ten and really loved how calm the area felt. Waking up with the sea right in front of us was something special. The kitchen was easy to use and we ate outside most evenings. Kids spent hours between the garden and the little beach just a few steps away. Quiet and exactly what we needed.

Absolute luxury and so roomy
A group of 10 friends stayed at the stay from Son Serra de Marina for six nights in July celebrating a hens (bachelorette) party. The villa was so large we could all comfortably stay and enjoy space. The bedrooms were huge. George collected us from the airport on arrival and dropped us off at the airport on departure. He brought us a beautiful breakfast basket each morning and made sure we had everything we needed. Quiet and private, yet very close to some supermarkets and good restaurants (2-5min walk). I would stay here again.

Perfect in every way!
My family loved this charming accommodation. From the moment we landed at the airport our stay was wonderful. It is the perfect retreat for a family with older children or two families traveling together. The property is within walking distance to restaurants, mini markets, and Son Serra. We enjoyed our daily breakfast basket, and having our rental car delivered and picked up at the villa. The property manager was very nice and helpful with information about Mallorca. The villa concierge service arranged all our dinners and a catamaran tour before our arrival, which made our whole trip effortless and relaxing!

AMAZING HOUSE!
Outstanding quality, new furniture, extremely clean, spacious, amazing views, privacy, quiet area, right in front of a beach... The service and attention from the owners is excellent, they offered flexibility and availability for everything we requested. Extremely recommended, we will go again next year!
