Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The villa was very confortable. Amazing outside area for barbecues, nice play area for children. Very good location near Ibiza town, quiet neighbourhood. We stayed at the villa for 11 nights, 8 adults and a toddler and had a fantastic time. The villa has everything you could want at a perfect location. We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday - thank you.

Unbelievable
One of the best villas I have stayed in. So much space. Aircon in every room. A lovely pool. A location that is so easy to get to places. All of our cab drivers had no problem finding the villa either. I would 100% recommend this villa to anybody planning on a holiday to Ibiza. We will definitely be returning!

Perfect Holiday
Villa was very spacious with large bedrooms and good sized communal areas. Outside space is lovely and the 2 kitchens very useful. Villa was clean and the owner was quick to solve any small issues we had.
