Mature gardens feature fruit trees, Cycas palms, ancient olive trees, and Koi carp fountains, including a 25-meter long fountain, all set within a 1200m² master terrace. The villa is fully secure with a perimeter fence, ensuring privacy and peace.
Inside, the ground floor offers three living rooms with panoramic sea views, a fireplace, television, DVD player, and Sonos hi-fi system. The dining room seats fourteen, adjacent to a professionally equipped kitchen. A dedicated office space provides a fax, printer, e-printer, high-speed internet, and Wi-Fi throughout.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Spacious villa that worked so well for a mixed group
We stayed here for a week with extended family and a few friends and the amount of space was unreal. Bedrooms spread across different levels meant no one felt cramped, and the kids loved running between the garden and the pool. The whirlpool became our evening ritual after exploring the island. A couple of us cycled in the Macher area and the routes were amazing with those mountain views. We also appreciated how easy parking was and how quickly we could reach shops and cafés. The manager shared a few tips for nearby beaches that helped us plan our days without overthinking anything.

Luxury at its finest
Everything about this villa screamed luxury! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the living areas were beautifully designed, and the kitchen was fully equipped for large groups. The koi carp fountains and Thai gazebo added such a unique touch. The concierge service was also fantastic, helping us book restaurants and transportation. Would definitely stay again!

This villa is unbelievable
Stayed recently with a group of friends. Location was great, private and safe location, best beach and restaurants. You can hire a car and a private chef to have the great holiday of your life!! Villa itself was amazing and great value for money. Would highly recommend staying here.

A beautiful villa in a fantastic location. We have been to Ibiza 5 times and this is the only villa we have been happy to book again for next year. The villa has everything you need and more. The location is fantastic. For us this is the perfect villa and we can't wait to get back.
