The kitchen features a large central island that doubles as a breakfast bar and a spacious wooden dining table with seating for ten. Adjacent to this area, the games room includes a pool table, TV, bar, kitchenette, and casual seating for entertainment.
The ground floor hosts three bedrooms: a super-king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom including bathtub and shower, a twin bedroom with en-suite, and a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. There is also a guest bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and double vanity.
The first floor contains the master suite with a super-king bed, fitted wardrobes, en-suite shower, and private balcony, plus a twin bedroom and a single bedroom with pull-out bed, all equipped with TVs and air-conditioning.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

This spacious villa is a golf enthusiast's dream, situated right on the Mijas Golf course. The modern interior with stunning views is a delight. The spacious living room, open-plan kitchen, and Sonos sound system made our stay enjoyable. The six bedrooms with air-conditioning provided comfort for our group.
