Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay at this luxury retreat was a luxurious retreat. The property's stylish interiors and spacious living areas provided comfort and relaxation. The bedrooms, especially the master ensuite, were elegant and unique. We enjoyed the private pool and landscaped garden, complete with a trampoline and table tennis. Being right on the Mijas Golf course was a dream for golf lovers. It's an excellent choice for a family getaway in the sun.

Relaxation and Golf at the place
The house offered relaxation and golf in one. The property's spacious living areas and fully-fitted kitchen were perfect. The bedrooms, with unique designs and ensuite bathrooms, provided comfort. We loved the private pool and landscaped garden, with added entertainment like a trampoline and table tennis. The location right on the Mijas Golf course made it an ideal choice for golf enthusiasts. It's a great option for a family getaway in the sun.
