Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed at this spacious villa for my mother's 80th birthday as a family group. The accommodation is clean and modern, with a kitchen well equipped for everything a large group might need. We loved the outdoor space - enjoying a barbecue and an evening gin and tonic on the patio while taking in the view. Communications were excellent, and check-in/check-out was very straightforward.
We would highly recommend this property to any large group looking to stay in the area. The location provides easy access to explore nearby destinations - we visited Malaga, Fuengirola, and Mijas Pueblo. A meal at Monda Castle comes highly recommended - the food and setting were amazing.

The house was beautiful and perfect place for a holiday! Bente responded quickly to all our requests, starting from our early check-in wish of leaving luggage. Location was great for a golfing group and close to multiple courses. Our group of varying ages enjoyed sunny and hot days by the pool, but the house stayed cool inside.

amazing holiday!
We have just got home from our stay at this luxury retreat and I can only describe it as magnificent. Bente is an excellent host, nothing was too much trouble and her communication was excellent. Our daughter had her wedding ceremony at the property and Bente was amazing at recommending local businesses to conduct the ceremony and a chef for the wedding meal. You will find everything you need at this home and more. It is furnished and decorated to perfection and the space is huge, perfect for family holidays. We had the most amazing week and are looking forward to returning. The photographs do not do this accommodation justice, it has to be seen to be believed. We can’t thank Bente enough for her time and help to make the stay an unforgettable experience.
