Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We loved the place's elevated charm in Nueva Andalucia. The spacious bedrooms and wrap-around terrace made our stay special. The location allowed us to explore Puerto Banus and Marbella easily.

Fantastic place to stay while visiting Marbella
This villa has everything you would need for a very enjoyable holiday - this was our second visit and we would hope to return again!! The heated private pool is a fantastic added bonus, the kids can play freely without worry as there is also a play area. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home and there are lots of nice restaurants, bars and shops within easy walking distance. Can't say enough about this villa - spotless and well cared for - you need to visit!!

Lovely relaxing holiday at this villa
We have just returned from villa Eclipse and we had a great time, it was a beautiful looking villa with stunning views, also very clean and plenty of space. The agent did phone us twice to make sure everything was ok which we thought was a nice touch. You will find a lot of restaurants, supermarkets and bars nearby at a short walking distance. Great house
Excellent value for money, and an excellent location. Booking process very good - friendly, informative staff. Very friendly and helpful staff looking after the villa - nothing was any trouble. Lots of restaurants nearby, and a 5 minute walk to the port. Well equipped villa, and excellent shower and constant hot water. Overall, a very good experience and I will be using this travel agency again in the future.

Amazing holiday!
A fabulous villa in an ideal location! We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness and presentation of the villa when we arrived. The rooms were spacious and well equipped (lots of wardrobe space, up-to-date appliances, good showers, hairdryers etc)! The pool was lovely and always immaculately clean. The local villa staff were really helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this home and we will use the services of these agents next time as well! Loved every minute, the villa was superb and the staff were great. Will be singing your praises!!
