Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our group of 18 experienced an indulgent retreat at this home. The seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living spaces was captivating. The entertainment area with the graeco-roman murals, private discotheque, and rooftop terrace with a kitchen for dining enhanced our stay. The tropical gardens leading to the private beach access added a touch of paradise.

We stayed at this hideaway at the end of September two weeks. VIP Airport transfer and private chef to prepare our meal.....luxury & private!!!! So as an overall package the villa and the tour company provided us with a fantastic holiday. Hopefully we will be back one day!

A fantastic villa with lots of style & comfort
It was perfectly designed, clean and well maintained. Best part of the day was getting back to the house after a nice beach day, enjoying it al fresco under the twinkling stars. The location is great as you can explore all the beaches you 've read about. Great services!!! We would definitely recommend this place and hope to go there again ourselves.
